Utter Precision, Inc. is a family owned company founded by a seasoned reliability consultant with certifications in Airborne Ultrasound, Vibration Analysis, and Infrared Thermography.

The goal of UPI is to help companies increase their safety, profits, and potential through deployment of condition monitoring programs. 

UPI president OJ Utter has worked in maintenance for over 20 years and directly in the field of reliability testing and correction for more than 10 years. His knowledge has allowed him to speak at conferences ranging from Inframation, to the Mid-America Safety Expo, to the ReliabiltyWeb.com PdM/LubricationWorld, and many more. OJ has taught infrared thermography, vibration analysis, airborne ultrasound, and belt and shaft laser alignment to a variety of personnel in both maintenance and engineering firms. UPI has performed condition monitoring consulting from coast to coast.
